I thought this post http://www.ubcbotanicalgarden.org/potd/2011/03/botanical_insecticides_and_antifeedants.php
might be of particular interest to you. (I can see 50-gallon drums of rosemary oil in my own future).Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9085926.post-58052808405332351612011-03-13T03:58:48.716-04:002011-03-13T03:58:48.716-04:00Your photo is truly beautiful. On returning gratefully to My Place, it was quite plain to me when I had arrived back in the ecosystem I was used to: the forb changed subtly, the wild trees differed, and my allergies calmed down.
I recently tried out a suburb of My City, and the spirits of that place, while not hostile, clearly had no idea what to do with, for, or about me; and again, the microclimate was subtly different.
No, this is My Place, in all its asphalted glory, and I won't be leaving it again.
As I do not own a home, I choose carefully where within My Place I live, and put my energy into that place while I am resident. And My Place responds to me in ways that Other Places do not.
Yours too, to judge from this post.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
