When you follow the Enron Trial Watch link, make sure you keep reading - Lay and Skilling have both had to surrender their passports and come up with $5 million cash for bail (OK, that's pocket change for them, but still, it's obvious the judge consides them both a flight risk, which is wise) - and both are likely to spend the REST OF THEIR LIVES in jail.
And there was much rejoicing.
Now if we could only garner all their assets to pay back the pension funds for all the poor Enron employees who got screwed....
If only there was some way to tie this wanker to the preznit, but they don't appear to know each other...
