Take a few minutes today and do a BSE. If you prefer to do your BSE at a particular point in your cycle, take the time today to calendar a BSE.
Dear Men,
Are there nine women in your life that you'd miss? Statistically, one of those women will come down with breast cancer. Why not offer to do a chore or watch the kids or make dinner so that one of the women you'd miss has the time to do a BSE?
Hecate - I just read that Molly Ivins has passed on!!! I am struck emotionally 'dumb' right now. Hers was such a witty, intelligent voice and soul. My heart goes out to her family and friends (known to her and unknown). May she rest in the arms of the Goddess...
