Those BBC pics are of 2007, I think
I dunno which year those pics are from but its not 2008!...I was there Fri night/Sat morning, and I swear it was a LOT more cloudy, and drizzling most of the night.....still a mad one though.....roll on solstice '09!
That's odd; BBC has them listed as from this year.
I was also at the stones this year, my first time, incredible experience, but I am sad to say the weather was miserable - the people there were not though! I have never experinced so much love in one place. I will be there next year as well.Awen Hecate.

Hi umm I dont know if anyones noticed this but from 1999 to 2003 there seems to have been a pattern with the weather at the solstice sunrise in stonehenge it goes cloudy then clear cloudy then clear now I dont know what it was like in 2004 5 6 and 7 maybe someone could tell me my addie is helenaridd@hotmail.co.uk I was just looking into new age travellers i dont know how to find them and it led me to the solstice sunrise at stonehenge if anyone knows about them and how to find them that would be great.
