I'd dearly love to add a blog roll to the side of my blog. I changed the "template" to one that allows links, even though I'm not crazy about the way it looks, but it won't seem to let me add any links.
Any one who'd like to advise the newbie, please do so in comments here.
Thanks in advance!

It's been some time since I've mucked about on blogger, but really, all you need to do is tweak the programming on the style sheet to bring up other links.
I remember this being a useful resource;

Sort of a do-it-yourself tutorial.
Easier than you think.
Hecate! I'll be reading this thread for advice!
Love your blog!
Love you!
*mwah*!!!!
It's what I use. Maybe there's better.

Ever since we switched to the new Lambert-designed Drupal site I quit going to Blogger Dashboard. Consequently I have either hopelessly forgotten the login/password I used there or else they have purged me (ewww) from the system. Therefore I can't look at it to remember how blogrolling works.
Fortunately somebody else smarter than I will walk you through it, so when you get it figured out we would be most honored to be included therein:

Or you can fake your way through it like I do. Go to your settings, then the Template tab. Find the HTML code for the pre-supplied links (I expect a Find on "google.com" or "edit-me" would do the trick), then swap your link for theirs, and your text for theirs.
Copy and paste, and repeat as necessary.
