Three points:
1. One of my favorite things about Paganism is that we don't, generally, take ourselves too seriously. We can enjoy a laugh at our own expense.
2. If they erected a statue of Homer next to say, that big statue of Jebuz, the xians would go batshit.
3. What's wrong w/ England? First it's Trinny & Susannah and now it's the Homer Simpson people.

But surely that's actually a rather more suitable use for the Cerne Abbas Giant? :-)
