Saturday Garden Blogging

In Autumn, the leaves take over and it doesn't matter what color scheme you've worked on for your garden. And, it's wonderful.

So beautiful. We don't have anything even near to that down here in Autumn - it's one of the things I do miss about the North!

Lovely!! Just think of those wonderful branches (just a couple) in a dark pottery vase on a mantel or a dining table or a desk! What I miss most is seeing branches of Chinese lanterns .....

Forgot to mention that I have discovered a wonderful book: "Home & Heart" by Beverly Pagram, published by Daybreak in 1998. Just LOVE it! Found a used copy on Amazon -- and have been reading every word and enjoying the photos. Just a heads-up for the Library.

Ah...the colors of all. I must admit that I miss them, even with the lovely weather we are currently having here in SoCal. I also miss the smells, but those pictures evoke them.

Thank you.
