No.

Um, sorry, Teddy, no. Not one single person in the REAL WORLD was misled. The only people who were misled were those who wanted to be. Don't piss on my leg and tell me I'm wading in champagne.

This one pissed me off, too. Sorry, Teddy, you've done some great things in your career, but you can't escape responsibility for this by bleating "But I didn't know!" The only way you couldn't have known was willful ignorance.

Wait a minute, doesn't Ted Kennedy have anyone on his staff who reads the papers?

Roberts' decision on Hamden just before he was nominated wasn't exactly a secret - it was, in fact, a matter of public discussion. And Alito's hand in designing the whole "unitary executive" idea, as well as crafting the "incremental" anti-abortion strategy, was right out there, too.

What the fuck is wrong with these people?

Hmm.. how to comment on such a long web page. Break it up silly. make it into smaller bites for us Homo Deliriums with short attention spans and a good amount of data transfer at medium speeds. But then, it's all about me isn't it? Will children of the future play HTML tag? how about Hide and go (insert name of favorite search engine here)// meet me in the ancient garden, Forrestahl
