Employers are forced by law not to discriminate on the basis of gender, sexual orientation, race, religion/philosophical belief. Some do it grudgingly but it's increasingly accepted as positive. Yay!; 8:12 AM

Teacats said...: Echoing Tess' comments -- lots of really wonderful things can happen when the law actually does create such changes -- eventually everyone (including employers) sees the benefits. Bravo!
