I will confess. I live in the middle of the country and the only ballet I've ever seen were children's recitals and on TV. But, to me, that seemed like an awesome interpretation!

"up reluctant on his golden car and bare her away lamenting. . . . But no one, either of the deathless gods or of mortal men, heard her voice, nor yet the olive-trees bearing rich fruit: only tenderhearted Hecate, bright-coiffed, the daughter of Persaeus, heard the girl from her cave . . . ."

Really brillant!! Look at the lines of the arms and legs -- and the wonderful staging and costumes! Tooo cool!
