Gonzales Needs To Go

"...again, there is no expressed grant of habeas in the Constitution. There's a prohibition against taking it away. ... I meant by that comment, the Constitution doesn't say every individual in the United States or every citizen is hereby granted or assured the right to habeas. Doesn't say that."

-Attorney General Alberto R. Gonzales

Read the book by Helen Prejean "The Death of Innocents." Whole section in there on our boy Alberto meeting with his then boss Governor Dubya, discussing who is going to fry next in the electric chair. This is what happens, folks, when we don't pay attention to the past -- the scum keep resurfacing. These people have no problem taking away rights or lives. Mother help us all.
