Through The Veil

Odd, how the veils are getting so thin just as America finds itself at the genus locii of my patroness: the crossroads where Hecate stands with her several-headed dogs.

I have too much to do between now and ground zero of the year when my HP sits us down to a dumb supper and calls our ancestors to sup with us.

Who has passed this year who mattered to you?

Art found here.

Luckily I haven't lost any loved ones this year..

One of my dearest friends passed this year. And when I got out my Halloween decorations, I saw a stuffed vulture toy I once decorated with a "tattoo" with his initials. I always used to tease my friend about how the vultures would find him tasty. Oh, how I hope he is soaring with them now!

A blessed Samhain to you, my friend in DC. We are assured of seeing some kind of history made next week.

As I age from the matron to the crone I'm losing too many every year. This year I've lost Flash, who lived a full life and I'm sure flew to the spirit on the force of her smile. I lost two more too soon, Hal unexpectedly and Roy who went in peace. Goddess rest all their dear souls.

Blessed Samhain to you and all.
